After receiving a sincere UCC welcome – “Whoever you are, wherever you are on your faith journey, you are welcome here” – visitors will find that we are low-key and authentic in our worship services, true to God and true to ourselves.
We enjoy our sunlit sanctuary and carefully selected music. We like being able to share prayer requests and the way different art forms help us enter into worship more fully. We love catching up at coffee hour, and many of us flock to “Verses and Voices” right afterward. The preview of next week’s sermon text helps us grow close to one another and God. We love good food shared together, and we love lending a helping hand.
We love being here in the heart of our island as a spiritual center for our community – summer and winter – and rejoice that God has placed us here for our congregation, friends, visitors, and the wider world.
